We've accelerated our growth with major office expansions in London and Manchester!

We've strengthened our national footprint with the expansion of our London and Manchester offices, marking a significant step in our long-term growth strategy.

The investment follows a record year in 2025, during which we've completed almost £160m of lending, cementing our position as a leading short-term property lender. In Manchester, we've relocated to a newly designed headquarters in Spinningfields, creating capacity for up to 40 team members and guests. The space has been purpose-built to support a growing, high-performing team and includes a private events area alongside our distinctive black-and-white phone booths, reinforcing our brand identity and collaborative culture. We've also expanded the London office into a comparable space with capacity for up to 20 team members, strengthening our presence in the capital as demand for bridging and short-term lending solutions continues to increase.

The expansion, alongside the introduction of a revised company-wide incentive structure, reflects our commitment to an office-led, post-pandemic working model designed to enhance collaboration, accelerate decision-making and foster innovation across the business.
