Dan leads the growth of Black & Whites internal sales desk, providing brokers with seamless onboarding & support.
Danyal is part of our internal sales desk, where he provides seamless onboarding and support to all of our brokers. We're proud to be supporting Danyal in his first role with a lender.
David oversees investment strategy, portfolio management & capital deployment, ensuring long-term stability and growth for Black & White Bridging.
Heather oversees underwriting & operational functions, ensuring every deal runs efficiently and with precision.
As our Executive Assistant, Jasmine provides essential support to leadership and the wider team.
Jason is our Director of Risk and Governance, bringing over 25 years of specialist lending experience to the business. He oversees our audits and controls, ensuring we keep both our clients and the business in tip top shape.
Jenny is our Data & Finance Systems Lead, focusing on managing our data in the backend to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Jess supports the lending team in managing growing demand, using her experience in property finance to help deliver more loans for clients.
Jithin is our Data Analyst, driving strategic business decisions, analysing complex data to identify trends and solve any operational problems.
John leads the financial strategy for Black & White, driving efficiency & innovation through modern systems and a forward-thinking approach to finance.
Kieran is part of our Portfolio team, looking after our borrowers post-completion. He helps monitor loan conditions, manages repayments and ensure every case is handled efficiently.

As Relationship Director, Mike is responsible for expanding the company's lending activity across the South Coast and South West. With years of experience in financial services, including time as a broker, he combines technical understanding with a strong client focus.
Nathaniel assists with accounting operations & supports the wider finance function with data accuracy and reporting.

As Relationship Director, Rick brings extensive experience in bridging finance and an energetic personality to the team. Responsible for developing origination in the North, he focuses on cultivating broker relationships built on trust and communication. Also a trance DJ, Rick brings rhythm and drive to everything he does.
Saloni supports HR & office operations, helping maintain a positive, people-focused culture at Black & White.
Sam is our Relationship Manager, leading the internal sales desk and supporting our Relationship Directors. He provides brokers with seamless onboarding and support throughout their journey with us.
As Relationship Director, Shahed is focused on expanding Black & White's presence across London, the Southeast and the Home Counties. A meticulous originator with a sharp eye for detail, he plays a vital role in delivering the company's transparent lending ethos. Shahed's methodical approach ensures that brokers and borrowers alike enjoy a seamless experience.
Sophie manages post-completion finance & compliance tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Stuart is our Relationship Director, focusing on the Midlands, but covering the entire UK. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales and relationships, cultivating broker relationships on trust and communication.
Sureyya manages social media & digital marketing, helping strengthen brand presence & engagement across platforms.
Suze combines determination with relationship-building skills, ensuring each deal is delivered efficiently while maintaining strong client rapport.
