Very straightforward to deal with, I have had limited experience of bridging but compared to the other one I attempted to use in the past these guys are a breeze and do what I think people expect bridging to do, get money sorted fast. 2nd time I have used them and will use again.

Another deal completed with the ever professional Black & White. This time, what on the face of it looked like a straight forward transaction turned into anything but! During the process my client decided to change the entire structure of the deal meaning all the paperwork needed redoing. Instead of moaning B&W cracked on and produced the necessary docs without complaint. The client then did it again and again B&W rose to the challenge with barely a murmur. Very complex deal on a long leasehold apartment block with 15 TR1s already pending at land registry so we had to use indemnities and undertakings. A pending AN1 that had to be removed, again by undertaking to allow for completion. Throw in a mezz and a dev loan exit to the bridge but we got it over the line at 18:50 on the Friday. Despite the 5pm deadline set by the existing senior debt provider. Big shout out to Damien, Oli & all the team at B&W. Now these two deals have completed we go again!

B&W Bridging provided a bridging loan for one of my clients who was in a scenario where there was a couple of hurdles where each on their own would minimise available lenders, but put them together and there wasn't many options at all.
