It’s exciting times at Black & White Bridging and we wanted to share our recent updates with you… 🚀 We’ve secured a new £100m funding line! On our mission to provide brokers and their borrowers with truly transparent lending with no grey areas, we have secured a new £100m funding line to deliver more loans, at speed, through our intermediary network. This new funding means we can: Expand our bridging offering by increasing loan size from £2.5m to £7.5m, and even higher on referral Offer more competitive interest rates and proc fees Double our lending capacity year-on-year We’re opening two new regional hubs! We have announced extra funding and expanded across the country by opening two new regional hubs in London and Manchester.
