On the other hand, the property market doesn’t stop for the summer holidays. Opportunities arise, deadlines loom, and clients still require fast, reliable funding.

The word “certainty” is often thrown around in the world of bridging finance, but rarely is it as deeply ingrained in a business’s DNA as it is here at Black & White Bridging. As we celebrate our fifth anniversary and approach the significant milestone of half a billion pounds in lending, I’ve been reflecting on what has truly driven our growth.
