Black & White Bridging – Ibiza Conference 2027 Prize Draw Terms
1. The promoter
The ‘Promoter’ is Black & White Bridging, registered address: York House, 1300 Parkway North, Stoke Gifford, Bristol, BS34 8YU.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to those aged 18+.
Winners must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel, and possess any required visas or travel authorisations for entry into Spain. (Please check the ‘Gov website’ to keep up to date with entry requirements).
3. How to enter
Once you collect all five stamps at all five of our stands at the Finance Professional Show on 6th November 2026, we will automatically enter you into the prize draw with your name and email address you entered at the start.
After this date, you will not be able to enter.
4. The prize
The prize consists of a trip for two adults to attend our conference in Ibiza (dates will be communicated to the winner). It includes:
- Two full access delegate tickets to the conference
- Flights: Standard return economy flights for two people from a UK airport directly to Ibiza Airport
- Accommodation: Double or twin room for 3 nights at a 5-star hotel, with full board food, alcohol and drinks
- Transfers: Return transfers from Ibiza Airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Ibiza Airport
5. Prize exclusions
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes:
- Domestic travel to and from the UK airport
- Visa requirements
- Flight upgrades and excess baggage fees
- Comprehensive travel insurance – you and your guest must procure your own insurance prior to travel)
- Personal spending including room service, spa treatments, mini bar charges
6. Winner selection & notification
A winner will be chosen at random via an automated generator. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry to the draw.
Claim period: The winner must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe or is unable to attend, the prize is forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General restrictions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
Once the flight, hotel and conference bookings are confirmed and finalised by the Promoter, we are unable to make any changes, alterations or substitutions to names, travel dates or routes.
By accepting the prize, if the winner is no longer able to attend, or is denied boarding/entry due to invalid documentation, the winner will be held liable to cover the costs of what the Promoter paid.
Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
